download (4)Eyitayo F. Dada studied law at the University of Ife, where she graduated with honors in 1984; she was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1985. She earned a Masters degree in Petroleum and Environmental Law in 1997. In 2011 she was admitted as a Legal Practitioner to the Law Society of Upper Canada and has since garnered considerable experience as a legal practitioner in Canada.

She has had over 27 years of post-call experience as an advocate and solicitor. She practiced as a solicitor and advocate in the environmentally ravaged Niger Delta region of Nigeria for over fifteen
years and is an ardent advocate for women’s rights. Eyitayo F. Dada is a past chair of the board of the African Canadian Legal Clinic, where she served as a board member for six years.

Eyitayo F. Dada has represented several organizations at International conferences including The United Nations World Conference Against Racism (Durban, South Africa) 2001 and also led a delegation to the UN in Geneva where she made both written and oral submissions to the Fourth Session of the Working Group of Experts on People of African Descent. Eyitayo F. Dada has outstanding leadership and organizational skills and continues to play a significant role in the social justice and international Human Rights Movement.

Legal Consultancy
She is a consultant to several companies across the globe on Corporate finance related matters and her areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, company sales, management buy-outs, working capital finance, project finance, trade/equipment finance, private equity identification, financial modeling, debt restructuring, project feasibility, and business planning.

An experienced adult educator with experience with people of diverse cultures, she holds a Doctorate of Pastoral Counseling and is a Senior Associate of The International Association of Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certified Instructors. Eyitayo F. Dada has developed and delivered workshops and seminars on varied subject matters Including but not limited to Legal Courses for Non Legal Personnel: “Labor Law and the Legal Aspects of Employment”, “Negotiating Commercial Contracts in Industry”, “Industrial Safety Law” for corporate bodies and seminars on varied subject matter for women groups including Women in Environment and Development (WEDO), volunteer organizations and corporate bodies for over 25 years. Eyitayo F. Dada is also a successful entrepreneur with the All Communication Network (ACN)
